Hudud Bills In My Oppinion

Implementation Hudud bill in Malaysia as a one of the part of Islamic law to provide Islam services to the Muslim particularly and it is optional law for the non-Muslim.

I have no qualm for the Hudud bill because it is order come from Allah to us and as a good Muslim we should strive forward to make it Hudud bills implement for the future.

Hudud bills become a huge phenomenon in Malaysia when UMNO for a long time against this law try to persuade PAS and give a chance for PAS debating this law in order to practice this law in Kelantan. Some people said it is only political hidden agenda and some people said UMNO very truthful to give PAS a chance explain this law.

As per English philosophy “We cannot judge a book by its cover”, so I believe that in positive side it will give PAS to practice the law in Kelantan and hence Kelantan can shows to us this law can give big crime reducing index.

There is no issue how can Hudud bill will attract Malaysian as they know how Islamic banking can give advantage to them for secure their money.

But what I’m concern is implementation Hudud bill involved people and we should know people is infallible. If we cannot manage implementation Hudud bill properly it will give bad image to PAS.

As I know Hudud bill need “comfort zone” prior to implement it. Hudud bill as a punishment law for the peoples that do criminal offense or fornicate offense. For my opinion we need comfort economy and education prior to implement hudud.

We should find for example the root cause why stolen issue and fornicate issue still in scary index. We should offer our services how to reduce or solve the root cause prior implement it.

For economy side, currently we acknowledge that around 89% Malaysia people unable to pay income tax. As per Malaysia government for people have RM 30000 salary per year should pay their income tax. It shows to us that mostly Malaysian have their salary below than RM 2500.00.

This economy burden will increase criminal offense to support their life. Besides that’s there are too much jobless for the fresh graduates. In logically how we want to implement Hudud bills prior do the needed action to solve economy problem.

We should offer for more job vacancies and increase the minimum monthly income to provide comfort zone. As we know that our minimum salary only around RM 900. How people will have comfort live if they have a lot of payment commitment with burden of GST.

Statistic data come from Dr Fadhilah Kamsah which is around 80% Malaysian Muslim are not completely perform Salah. It shows to us how Muslim in Malaysia very far away from Islam practice. In this basic Islam practice they cannot do well, how we want to punish them with Hudud if they are not understand Islam very well.

Supposedly Hudud should have proper explanation to public. May be in private school they can inject Hudud syllabus in their text book. For informal education we should encourage the explanation by making weekly class to explain only Hudud knowledge.

But what I’m concern right now is we only highlight the Hudud knowledge when this issue is blooming by UMNO and after the issue become receding, Hudud bills will lost from us. If this type of our Hudud movement, it look likes Hudud bills only political agenda to attract Muslim voters.

As we know that the restriction Hudud bills in Kelantan should have approval from parliament. To go for a new law we should have approval from 2/3 members of parliament. Members of parliament (MP) should have a good knowledge about the Hudud bills before they approved it.

Hudud bills is very powerful justice law in the world. As we know that our prophet Muhammad s.a.w will cut his beloved daughter Saidatina Fatimah hand, if Fatimah alleged from stolen case.

I’m very hailed Brunei government to implement Hudud bills which is for my opinion Brunei was passed for fulfill the criteria to provide the comfort zone prior to implement Hudud bills.

My small criticism, this law also should charge for Brunei ruler palace as right now they still use the old law(84A) to excluded Brunei ruler from Hudud bills and it is same case what happen in King from Saudi Arabia. Implementation Hudud bills are used for selective person.

Furthermore Kingdom of Saudi Arabia there are still in below rank in criminal and corruption issue. People want to know implementation of this law will reduce those issue.

Kindly what I’m try emphasis that we should go for systematic planning to make Hudud bills will realize for future. Actually Hudud bills as Islam services for the mankind to make us leave with peace and harmony.
