Tajdid Islam Movement

Islam movement in entire world should be acknowledge that they need change to ensure that they still relevant. Not only Islam movement, but any movement in the world should acknowledge there is new environment facing by people that need to have new framework in kind of thinking and implementation.

Politic one of the fields that asking involved human management. Human exposed to the place and time factor. Culture and method will change because of different environment.

Certainly politic era in Prophet Muhammad s.a.w period and Khulafa al-Rasyidin are different with other era. Absolutely culture and politic skill are different with “Umaiyyah Empire” and “Abbasiyyah Empire” which is not same each other’s.

Politic in nation state century are different with empire before that. Globalization and knowledge blooming was initiate new diversity phenomena in human life.

Those who’s will try to implement it by literal way or try to implemented old empire method in this era, we can say that’s he is look like naive and shallow to understand naturalness of politics, and hence fail to understand naturalness of Islam itself.  

When Islam movement revival in this century, for those who is always talking about politics, there is still not be tested what they chanting slogan. Some slogan supported by some people with dogmatic and rhetoric. 

In fact, mostly heavy decision or assessment make by particular influence. But Islam are very wide and open minded compare with dogmatic and rhetoric.

In this chance, certain faith especially related to the Islamic State was prevent them to go forward and their slogan make people frighten.

Islam that should be blessing religion, expressed and propagated in doubt way. Focusing on judging people are more than talking about give Islam service and human right that should be protect by Syariah law.

Approaching some Islam chanting slogan make peoples like a “robot” to follow the Syariah law instead of makes people freedom from obeying Allah order with voluntarily. 

After had facing particular experience, finally Islam movement change. Among them initiating to talk about news “transform”(Ijtihad) particularly in politics. They need to discuss or discourse for uses of understanding text at framework content.

Islam only sets public policy. Muslim having suffering not only there is no Hudud or we don’t have leaders that wearing turban, but actually Muslims facing problem because lacking of management skills (good governance), corruption, abuse of powers, untrusted and anything that cause destroy our country.  

Embracing Islam world compare west country that always smear this country. When we see at the Islam value that emphasis cleanliness, unfortunately most country Muslims are dirty, bad management and backwardness of life

In fact, West Country that leave their religion are more clean, excellent management, and high development. Islam not fault, but their adherent are wrong because ignoring Islam principle values at this matter.

Coming Islam movement was emphasis focusing but they not express the values of Islam that can give service to human problem. So the “transformation” are very important in Islam movement.

Muslim people was bored with their leaders exist in this era. Corruption, abusing, cruel was cover Muslims politics. People was hated their leader for huge prolong.

Technology era was open huge chance to significant Islam revival. Combination of technology and transform desire yielding the effect. Arab spring shows that new era enable sketch new politic style. So who’s can people hope?

Islam movement that involved in politics try to expressed in front as a new alternative. The question is what people need?

What they want leave from secularist faction control to cleric faction control? What they need to change secularism violent to religion violent.

Certainly they need somebody protect their right, justice and pleasure to live as a human that have their pride and feel freedom. They were bored with ruler’s control. Islam which is blessing religion supposedly can offer their services what they dream.

They want to see poor people get enough eat, urban that look very dirty will clean soon. Bad management become systematic. People need knowledge and education. Nation property can be distribute with justice and government will manage with true responsibility.

They are not imaginary to see hand cutting, or woman will stoned, women will punch if they not wearing hijab and anything. These is not their dream at all and these also not Islam dream that full with blessing. They want Islam Movement reduce people suffering, and not only judge them.

For this concerning, Islamic political should understand the new behavior and for this reassessment many Islam Movement start to implement new method.

Scary slogan try to leave. Haram approaching start to change and find new halal alternative which is better for peoples. Hoping slogan start to chanting.

They start focus to give their service to peoples and tackle peoples feeling with parallel promise as dream and nationalist people.

Brother Hood also found new method in Egypt, An-Nahdah in Tunisia. We can see that Turkey led this matter. Although Turkey government based on secularism, but their Islamic figure not talking about “blasphemy” or eliminate constitutional, instead working with exist framework.

This is same what Ashamah, Najashi in Habshah was done. He led his country which is mostly the people are Christians. No one know at that time he was convert Islam. He just silent communicate with our prophet Nabi Muhammad s.a.w with letters. Our prophet does not asking to resign instead he is working in exist framework, as well as he can do.  .

So we need “tajdid” thinking in order to understand a new reality. In Malaysia PAS should become relevant party to reach Islamic politics objectives that parallel with syarak. These efforts are very important even normally it will critics with old adherent dogma thinking.

PAS has been through changing with new environment. I think mostly people will supports “tajdid” thinking in PAS politic. Since changing attempt will consuming itself whether big or small.

Dogma mindset are very difficult to brainwash. But if we not try to discard old mindset thinking it will make huge problem that delay PAS victory in Putrajaya.

Supposedly all PAS members should provide vitamin to PAS that enable PAS still relevant and move with current environment. When people need transform, there is have prejudice thinking because fail to understand reality or pure supporter with old dogma mindset.

Amylin in PAS should give them chance to involve for these big ideas transformation, because most of their time and life were spent in field or practical. Try to educate them instead of give them the order without deeply understand why they should do the particular job or instruction.

If we can practice these we can recruit “Amylin” or “Qiady” very educated and they can perform and solve the problem very well when facing it
